Speakin Thru The Silence

I asked the heav’nly stars above

how I might send thee words of love

For my impov’rished words won’t do

when sending words of love to you.

and so I’ll speak thru the silence too;

Out of all the blessings life has bestowed on me,

You are the loveliest of all, this is not hard to see.

Indeed you’re a beauty to all but a wonder to me.

You complete my love on the whole, and you have the most amazing role

Though at the moment we are poles apart

In my thoughts, in my actions you are always in my heart…

I said to you once;

“The child in you, I still can see”.

A glimmer here and there,

The smile when you anticipate the dare.

I don’t doubt some of your headaches are from me.

We’ve clashed in love, Which lead to sleepless nights,

For you complete me in every stage

You and me are on the same page

You’ll gather this year which travelled too fast,

Weed out the regrets of time reaped by the past.

And harvest the good days God planted with blessings,

That is to say, your health, your family, and valuable life-lessons.

May your each day ahead end with a bliss

And what’s more, with a good night kiss…
